We create small batch, handcrafted caramels using a traditional French recipe and infuse them with Hawaiian flavors. No high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives are added. Our caramel is simmered in copper pots to create a creamy texture and deep rich flavor. Our colors are inspired by our gorgeous Waikiki sunsets. Our three flavors are Hawaiian Sea Salt, KONA Coffee with Hawaiian Sea Salt and Chocolate with Hawaiian Sea Salt. We also offer a Hawaiian Sea Salt Caramel Sauce that is wonderful on ice cream, waffles, pancakes or in your KONA coffee! We will be adding additional confections to our product line in the near future.
